PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Getting in touch

A few things people often want to know before contacting us.

We aim to reply within one working day. If you get in touch over a weekend or bank holiday, it may be the next working day before you hear from us.
Of course, plenty of people prefer to ask a few questions first, and there's no expectation that you'll book afterwards. Phone, email or the form below are all fine.
Yes, sessions are primarily in person at our Bawtry and Retford practices, but online sessions are available where health or circumstances make getting here harder. We can talk it through at your consultation.
Yes, convenient parking, straightforward access and welcoming surroundings make both of our practices easily accessible for clients across Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.
This form and inbox aren't continuously monitored, so please don't use them in an emergency. If you're in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services on 999, call NHS 111, or speak to organisations like the Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time.

You don't need to have all the answers.

If you've read through this page and still aren't sure where you fit, that's genuinely fine — and far more common than you might think. The free consultation is a short, no-obligation conversation to help you decide whether counselling feels right, and if so, where to begin. There's no cost and no expectation to book anything afterwards.
