FEES & APPOINTMENTS
What sessions cost
Counselling should feel straightforward from the first conversation onwards. That means one clear fee, appointments that fit around your life, and no long-term commitment — you decide how long to continue, and we review it together as we go.
Individual Counselling
£50
PER 60-MINUTE SESSION
One simple fee with no hidden costs. Your first consultation is free, and there's nothing to pay until you decide to book a session.
Book a Consultation
Reduced Fee
£45
PER 60-MINUTE SESSION
Available for serving and former members of the Armed Forces, Emergency Services and eligible Public Sector workers, in recognition of the particular pressures these roles carry.

PAYMENT
How payment works
Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer before your appointment. We'll send you the details once you've booked, so there's nothing to sort out on the day.
Cash on the day
If you'd rather pay in person, cash is accepted at the session.
Invoices on request
If you need an invoice — for an employer, an EAP scheme or your own records — just ask and we'll provide one.
No block bookings
We don't offer block booking, we'll regularly review your progress together, so you're never committed to more sessions than feel right for you.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel
Life happens, and sometimes an appointment won't be possible. Where you can, 48 hours' notice is appreciated — it gives us the chance to offer the appointment to someone else who's waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged, simply because the time has been held for you and can rarely be filled at short notice.
That said, we're not rigid about it. Illness, emergencies and genuinely difficult weeks happen to everyone, and these are always considered compassionately. If something has come up, just tell us — we'd far rather you got in touch than felt awkward about missing a session.
