CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications & Training

I hold a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Relational Counselling, graduating with First-Class Honours, as well as a Certificate in Counselling. Alongside my formal qualifications, I’m committed to continually developing my knowledge through specialist CPD training and additional courses.

My ongoing professional development covers areas including trauma, suicide and bereavement, anxiety, sleep, safeguarding, mental health and working with specific client groups — helping me keep my practice informed, relevant and responsive to the individual needs of my clients.
